Meet Me
Jordyn Dooley is a licensed mental health counselor with years of experience in providing close, centered care for her patients.
Jordyn’s passion for serving as a therapist, confidant, and trusted ally shines through in the way she supports each client’s journey toward becoming the strongest, most aligned version of themselves.
I’m Jordyn Dooley, a licensed mental health professional with over six years of experience supporting individuals and couples through a wide range of life challenges.
I created Mosaic Therapy as a private-pay practice so I can offer care that is truly personalized, unhurried, and tailored to your unique needs. Choosing to remain out of network with insurance allows me to protect your privacy, avoid restrictive diagnoses or treatment limitations, and focus fully on what feels most meaningful and helpful for you.
My goal is to provide a thoughtful, collaborative space where you feel deeply supported as we work toward clarity, growth, and lasting change.

At Mosaic Therapy, Jordyn works with both individuals and couples who are ready to grow, heal, and create deeper alignment in their lives and relationships.
With individual clients, she is especially passionate about supporting young women navigating major life transitions such as moving to a new city, shifting careers, ending or beginning relationships, or stepping into a new season of adulthood. She helps clients process change with clarity and confidence while building a stronger sense of self along the way.
With couples, Jordyn focuses on strengthening communication and rebuilding connection. She helps partners move beyond surface-level conversations and into more honest, meaningful dialogue, creating space for understanding, trust, and emotional intimacy to grow.
-
Mosaic Therapy is a private therapy practice that does not accept insurance.
Why?
With insurance, a mental health diagnosis is required and becomes part of your permanent medical record. Insurance companies may also request treatment plans, progress notes, and updates.
With private-pay therapy like what’s provided with Mosaic, no diagnosis is required unless clinically appropriate. Your sessions remain between you and your therapist, with significantly fewer third parties involved.
-
Jordyn intentionally maintains a lighter client schedule to ensure each person receives thoughtful, personalized care. She’s able to offer greater flexibility in scheduling, session length, and frequency. This allows therapy to feel seamless and responsive to your needs, rather than rigid or rushed.

And With Private Therapy, There’s More Freedom and intention in Treatment.
Insurance companies often:
Limit the number of sessions
Require treatment goals to show “medical necessity”
Conduct audits or request documentation
Stop coverage once “symptoms improve”
Private-pay therapy allows you and your therapist to determine:
How often you meet
How long you work together
What areas you focus on
The pace of your progress

Jordyn’s Background.
Jordyn leads Mosaic Therapy Miami and brings years of experience working with a diverse range of client needs. Below, she shares a few words about her background and her role as a therapist:
“Working in diverse settings such as centers for abuse, programs addressing PTSD in veterans, hospitals, and community health allowed me to expand my scope and breadth of knowledge.
Developing programs for Alzheimer’s and Dementia in art museums and grief workshops in Barbados and Sun Valley, Idaho further increased my experience and taught me the importance of customization in therapy. After those years spent exploring and expanding my skills, I realized that my passion lies in private practice where I have been for nearly four years. Working with others to discover and access their paths and passions is my purpose. I needed to meet my soul, so I know what it feels like to need and want to meet your soul. “
“I can’t put into words how much Mosaic was able to help me.
Thank you, Jordyn.”
